​​At Compass Rose Destiny, we work to equip our students with the skills to succeed in the real world. As the field of technology grows all around us, we aim to prepare students for technology career opportunities through a robust S.T.E.M. and computer science curriculum.

Coding

Students learn coding in kindergarten to prepare them for advanced computer courses in high school.

Students have access to cutting-edge technology platforms with a 1:1 student to device ratio.

Annette Deleon

Managing Principal

Annette DeLeon has been a passionate educator and school leader for over 22 years, committed to nurturing both the minds and hearts of students. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Education, with a strong foundation in inclusive education, supporting diverse learners, including Special Education, ESL, and Dual Language students. Throughout her career, Annette has focused on ensuring that every student, regardless of background or learning style, has access to high-quality learning experiences and the opportunity to thrive.
Kirk Noaker

Kirk Noaker

Principal

Kirk D. Noaker Jr., a native of El Paso, TX, is a dedicated husband and father of three students who attend Destiny. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Noaker earned his Bachelor's degree in Individualized Studies with a minor in Counseling and Educational Psychology from New Mexico State University, followed by a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. With eight years of experience working with children, he is currently in his sixth year in education and third year in a leadership role. He is pursuing a Doctoral degree in Education at Liberty University.

Yes. All students are offered breakfast and lunch for free.
Where are your bus stops located?
Once you enroll your student(s), we will help you find the bus stop closest to you.

Transportation

We offer free transportation with centrally located bus stops throughout the city. Although we don’t do door to door pick ups, we are glad to work with you to find the closest bus stop to you!
