At Compass Rose Ingenuity, we want our students to soar and pursue their own dreams. Strategically located at Port San Antonio, home of aeronautics companies like Boeing, students are able to explore S.T.E.M. and aeronautics to understand career pathways of the future.
Aeronautics
Students learn S.T.E.M. through the lens of aeronautics, giving them opportunities in an emerging field.
Coding
Students learn coding in kindergarten to prepare them for advanced computer courses in high school.

Paula Salas
Principal, Ingenuity Elementary
Paula Elizabeth Salas was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She graduated with her Bachelorโs degree from UTSA and received her Masterโs in School Leadership from Trinity University. This will be her 14th year in education after serving as a middle school teacher and elementary assistant principal. She will work hard to continue building strong relationships with parents, students, staff, and community partners. She wants students to feel loved and know they can accomplish their goals.
Jonathan Tyrrell
Principal, Ingenuity Secondary
Mr. Tyrrell is the founding principal at Ingenuity. He has 17 years of experience in education and a track record of leading schools into the top brackets of achievement in Texas. More than anything, he desires for students to be loved, affirmed, and challenged to be their best.

Will students receive breakfast and lunch daily?
Yes. All students are offered breakfast and lunch for free.
Where are your bus stops located?
Once you enroll your student(s), we will help you find the bus stop closest to you.
Transportation
We offer free transportation with centrally located bus stops throughout the city. Although we donโt do door to door pick ups, we are glad to work with you to find the closest bus stop to you!
